User Agreement and Terms of Use

This Agreement specifies rights and liabilities of the Internet user willing to become the user of the e-Cabbage payment system
(hereinafter referred to as "the System").

The User is entitled to accept or not to accept the set conditions that will then determine his participation or non-participation in the System.

This Agreement is bilateral and describes provision of informational services to the User which shall not be obliged to make any payments.



1. Provision of Personal Information by the User

1.1. The User shall provide his/her true identity in order to use the payment system. Such data will be used exclusively for verification purposes and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

1.2. Confirming his/her consent with this Agreement and proceeding with registration in the System the User approves transfer of his/her data to the System and their use in the course of identification, notification and performance of transactions.

1.3. The System User is entitled to modify his/her personal information.

1.4. The System User understands and agrees that certain transactions within the System are performed by third parties, such as the e-Cabbage certified Partners, and that the System does not exercise complete control of such activity.

1.5. The System User is entitled to reduce the use of his/her personal data. The User should be aware that reduction of use of the personal data will lead to decrease of the safety level of his/her account.

2.1. The account is the User’s personal area which functions basing on the User's personal data.

2.2. The User assumes full liability for the state of his account, access to it and its control.

2.3. The System shall not be liable for deliberate and undeliberate use of the account by the User in order to perform illegal transactions.

2.4. Registering in the System the User undertakes not to use it for unlawful purposes and not to perform any operations that may lead to the System damage.

2.5. The System reserves its right to keep records and implement systematization of all transactions performed by the User within the System. In case of complaints of e-Cabbage Finance Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") or the third parties about the User, the Company is entitled to refer to legal agencies of any jurisdiction in order to protect interests of the System, its members, and the third parties.

2.6. The User's account shall not be assigned to any other person without prior notification of the System administration.

3. System Transactions

3.1. Entering his/her account the System User assumes full liability in relation to all transactions performed in the System from his/her account.

3.2. Agreeing to use the System you admit the right of the System to set any internal cross-rates of currencies and metals in which you keep assets as money equivalents.

3.3. The User solely is responsible for any transfer or loss of his/her funds including those performed during unauthorized access.

3.4. The User is not entitled to require revocation of a transaction performed by him/her in the System.

3.5. Any transaction can be revoked only under execution.

3.6. Each transaction performed in the system from the User’s account is strictly secured in relation to such account’s owner and cannot be contested in connection with non-participation of the User in such transaction.

3.7. The System User shall be very careful about his actions as a number of operations in System are performed by one click.

4.1. The System shall not be liable for loss of funds by the User through the System failure, unauthorized access, theft, force-majeure, any special, incidental or consequential damages that may be incurred in connection with the actions or omission of the third parties such as e-Cabbage certified Partners.

5.1. The System User is entitled to close his/her account at any time with prior notification of the System administrations. Thus elimination of the System account and removal all personal information specified by the User at registration takes place after verification of the applicant's personality and its comparison with the User that had registered this account.

5.2. The System reserves its right to block the account for a period or for good in case of any suspicions until all the circumstances are clarified.
