How to become a client of e-Cabbage?
In order to become a client of e-Cabbage you need to register in the system.
What currencies can I work with in the e-Cabbage system?
The system offers the possibility of work with multicurrency accounts, at present you can work with the following account types in e-Cabbage:
How does the system add 10% of annual interest?
10% of annual interest are added monthly, i.e. each month the system adds 0,83% of the minimal balance on your account for that month. For example, if for the whole month the balance of your account was $1000, according to results of the month $8,3 will be added.
What should I do if I cannot enter my account or the password was lost?
Use the password recovery function. If you have any difficulties, contact the e-Cabbage system administration.
Can I have several accounts for one IP?
Yes, but all accounts must contain the same personal information.
Why don’t I receive SMS notifications, though I have this function enabled?
Your USD account may have not enough money for sending SMS, because this service costs 10 cents. It is also possible that there are temporary problems with sending SMS messages to your telecoms operator. If you have any difficulties, contact the e-Cabbage system administration.
2. Transfers within the system
What is the fee for transfer of money within the system?
The fee is 0,5% of the transfer amount. This fee is always charged from the account balance of the transferring person.
What account number should I use to receive money?
For transfer of funds, you should use your account number, and not the ID number. You must use the account number for the corresponding currency: "U" – for dollars, "E" – for Euro, "G" – for gold, "C" – for Swiss francs, "R" – for Russian rubles. Numbers of all accounts are displayed on the main page of the client area.
Can I get the payment back?
The payment made in the system is not subject to return.

Where can I see the list of exchange partners, working with e-Cabbage?
The list of our certified partners is always available at this page.
We strongly recommend you to use exchange partners from this list only.
What is the fee for transfer of money through the exchange partner?
Each exchange partner sets its own tariffs; usually you can see them on websites of such systems.
4. Affiliate program
How can I get my referral link?
Your referral link has the following form: http://e-cabbage.com?ref=account, where account – is your Member ID
How does your Affiliate program work?
1. For each user registered from your referral-link you get 25 cents, if his account balance is >= $10
2. 10% of a fee for all incoming transactions of your referred person.
3. 10% of a fee for all outgoing transactions of your referred person.
